Flowers should be laid on that side of the river and anyone not local can place a phone order with Nikki's Florist, based in Loose Road, Maidstone.

A message posted on the Pat Lamb search team's Facebook page said: "For environmental side of the flowers we would urge people to please remove plastic wrappers from any bouquets."

Tributes are also being left at Cuxton Marina, close to the premise's office.
