Man charged with cultivating cannabis

A YOUNG man has been charged with cultivating cannabis following a raid by Kent Police last Thursday on a semi-detached home in Regents Drive, Loose, Maidstone.

He has been named as 24-year-old Kiem Van Nguyen whose address has not yet been disclosed. He has been remanded in custody.

An 18-year-old woman arrested at the same time has been bailed until mid-May, pending further enquiries.
