Children are being offered the unique chance to meet TV superstars Dick and Dom, but they have to act quickly.

The comic duo Richard McCourt and Dominic Wood, stars of Dick and Dom In Da Bungalow and The Legend of Dick and Dom, are in Maidstone this Saturday to launch a Guinness World Record attempt for cheesy joke-telling.

The pair will be at Maidstone Leisure Centre between 1pm and 5pm, and, with help from the audience, will attempt to set the record for telling the most jokes in an hour.

The event is sponsored by Mini Babybel and is a fund-raiser for Comic Relief.

Mini Babybel is offering two children the chance to chat with and have their photographs taken alongside Dick and Dom.

Parents should email their details and a telephone number to info@amazingmedia.co.uk by 4pm today (Friday).

Two lucky winners will be drawn at random from the entrants and given the chance to meet and have their photographs taken with their comic heroes. The winners will be notified by telephone before the start of tomorrow’s event.
