A fresh appeal has been made to find a missing teenage girl.

Charlotte Lewis, who is 14, has not been seen since Monday night at a McDonalds opposite South Pier in Blackpool.

She is from Ashton in Preston but has close family in Bracknell and Maidstone.

Police have made an appeal to people in the town to help trace Charlotte, who is believed to be with a man called Karl, who is in his mid-20s and has a tanned complexion.

He was last known to be wearing a red polo shirt and black tracksuit bottoms.

Charlotte is described as white, 5ft 6, slim, and with straight shoulder-length blond hair. She was last seen wearing a cream jacket, white mini skirt and grey flat slip-on shoes.

Detective Inspector Frank Walmsley from Blackpool CID said: “I would appeal for anyone with any information to contact us.

"I would also appeal for Charlotte to contact us direct and let us know that she is safe.”

Anyone with information should call 01253 293933 or Crimestoppers 0800 555111.
