Opportunity for bosses to thank staff

COMPANY bosses have the opportunity to thank their secretaries and assistants with a night at the movies next month.

The evening, organised for PAs, secretaries and administrative assistants, was the brainchild of Kent Messenger Group chairman, Geraldine Allinson.

The KM Group has teamed up with The Odeon Cinema in Lockmeadow, Maidstone, and the Heart of Kent Hospice in Aylesford, to hold the “thank you” evening where secretaries will be treated to a special screening of The Devil Wears Prada - ironically, a film about a fashion director who rules her underlings with a rod of iron.

From every £20 paid for tickets, £15 will go to the hospice.

To get involved, bosses must allow secretaries to leave early on November 1 to catch the show at 3.45pm that day, and send £20 to the Heart of Kent Hospice by Monday, October 23. You can also call Alison at the hospice on 01622 790195.
