The owner of Aylesford Bed and Breakfast, in Forstal Road, Aylesford wants to turn part of the building not used by guests into a beauty parlour called The Nail Affair.

It would operate under the same roof and be run by the same landlord.

A spokeswoman for the two businesses said: "There is a part of the building which is not being used as a part of the guest house.

"But there will be a different entrance to the nail salon.”
