Man arrested after another man flashed at Chatham bus station

An investigation has been launched after a man allegedly exposed himself at a bus station.

Police were called after the incident in Chatham town centre at around 8.50pm on Monday.

The suspect is believed to have exposed himself to another man, before going on to commit an “indecent act”.

After attending the area and conducting a review of CCTV, offcers arrested a 52-year-old on suspicion of indecent exposure.

He has since been bailed pending further inquiries.

However, the force is now appealing for witnesses in a bid to further their investigation.

Anyone with information, or dashcam footage who may have been in the area at the time, is being urged to come forward.
