CCTV image released after man attacked in High Street, Chatham

A man suffered multiple injuries after being set upon by two attackers in a town centre.

The victim, in his 20s, was taken to hospital but has since made a full recovery.

Now detectives are hunting the suspects and have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to following the incident in High Street, Chatham.

It happened at around 8pm on Saturday, June 22.

A 20-year-old man from Gillingham was arrested on suspicion of assault on the night of the incident and has since been released, pending further inquiries.

Investigators are now in a position to issue an image of another man, who may be able to assist with the investigation.
