The road was closed for some time while ambulance services attended to a man.

An eyewitness said: "My partner and I were waiting to pick up his kids, and we were talking to his ex partner she suddenly says "that man has fainted, go and help him".

"We ran over and I took out my phone and rang the emergency services straight away.

"When I got to the man I checked to all the normal vitals, as I am a first aider.

"By this time there was a crowd around the man I continued helping until the ambulance crew came and took over."

A police spokesperson confirmed that the emergency services were at the scene responding to a medical incident.

The condition of the person involved is not known.
