Police appeal for help to find man missing from Gillingham

Concerns are growing for the welfare of a man who has been missing for almost two weeks.

Police are appealing for the public’s help to find Arthur Williams, who hasn’t been seen since December 28.

Officers say the 34-year-old was last seen in the Barnsole Road area of Gillingham, wearing dark clothing and carrying a guitar.

Mr Williams is described as white, 5ft 9ins and with receding dark hair.

A spokesperson for Kent Police added: “Arthur was last seen wearing a burgundy t-shirt with writing on the front, dark trousers, a black baseball cap that had a white bandana underneath and white trainers.

“Arthur has connections to the Brighton and London areas and officers are concerned for his welfare.

“Anyone who sees him or knows of his whereabouts is urged to call 999, quoting reference 28-0683.”
