Chatham and Aylesford MP Tracey Crouch has battered the opposition in the annual parliamentary pancake race.

The sports minister was part of the winning team in 2012 and 2013 and has captained her team of MPs to victory today.

The annual clash between MPs, Lords and media, took place in Victoria Tower Gardens, in the shadow of the Houses of Parliament.

The race, now in its 20th year, is in aid the Rehab Group which provides services, rehabilitation and support, particularly for those living with an acquired brain injury.

Miss Crouch said: “It is an opportunity to combine competitive fun with the support for a great cause and highlighting the needs of the disabled in our society.”
