Knifepoint robbery in Limeburners Drive, Halling

A man was threatened at knifepoint by two men before being robbed.

The victim was crossing a footbridge near Limeburners Drive, Halling, when he was approached by the pair.

Threats were made with what appeared to be a knife before they fled, heading towards Kent Road with the victim’s watch and bracelet.

One suspect is described as black, approximately six feet, and of medium build. The other is described as white, of slim build, and believed to be in his late 20s.

Both men were wearing dark clothing.

Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information about the incident – which happened between 10pm and midnight on August 12 – to contact 01634 792209 quoting 46/145020/23.

Residents with private CCTV and motorists with dashcams are also being asked to check for relevant footage.
