Serious crash on A2 in Watling Street, Gillingham

At least one person has been injured following a two-car crash on the A2.

Firefighters had to free them from a Mercedes involved in the collision in Watling Street, Gillingham.

Crews came across the accident in at 7.50pm.

Police and paramedics were also called to the scene.

Firefighters from Rochester and Chatham attended and remained at the scene until around 9.25pm.
