A claim against a prankster accused of breaking into a trampoline park has been discontinued.

YouTube star Lee Marshall, known as Disco Boy, was due to appear at Medway Magistrates' Court.

He was accused of criminal damage by breaking the automatic door entrance of Soar Trampoline Park in Gillingham Business Park.

Mr Marshall denied the claims and magistrates dismissed the case on Thursday, June 20

The incident happened last July when Mr Marshall and four other YouTubers filmed themselves inside the trampoline park after hours.

Speaking last year, the business's owner, Spencer Thompson, said the automatic door was damaged after being forced open, and it would cost £1,000 to repair.

Mr Marshall denied causing the damage, saying he was simply able to slide the doors open to gain entry.

The night before the incident, the group uploaded a clip of them on the flumes in Splashes, in Bloors Lane, Rainham, which went viral.

The Discoboy YouTube channel has almost 75,000 subscribers and features videos of the group performing "overnight challenges" in closed businesses such as cinemas and swimming pools.
