Century-maker Bradley Dack wants to be playing Championship football at Gillingham within three years.

Dack marked his 100th appearance for the club on Saturday by scoring the winner against Rochdale at Priestfield.

Gills are set for their highest league finish in a decade and 21-year-old Dack, who’s played a major role in their improvement, believes they can go even higher.

He said: “It’s a nice feeling to get to 100 games for the club. It was nice to cap it with a goal and hopefully I’ll get another hundred.

“It’s a good club and you can tell we’re on the up. Why can we not get to the Championship?

“We’ve got a good group of young players. Maybe not next season, but the season after (we could go up).

“Who knows where we can go? If we finish in the top 10, our next step should be looking at the play-offs.

“There are still some big teams in this league but we’ve shown we can mix it with the best of them. Drawing with Bristol City and Preston, beating teams like Sheffield United and MK Dons, we’ve shown we can do it – we just need to do it on a consistent basis.”
