With only seven days until the Canterbury heat of the KM Big Charity Quiz, eggheads looking to take part in the county’s ultimate brain challenge need to act fast.

The quiz will be staged at the University of Kent sports hall on Friday, April 22.

Online booking is still opening but only until 10:00am on Wednesday, April 20, so now is the time to secure your place and take advantage of the discount code CANT16.

Teams will enjoy a selection of individual prize opportunities on the night including the Win in 10 Challenge, Heads or Tails, as well as a large charity raffle offering a wealth of fantastic gifts.

Upon arrival all participants will receive a complimentary alcoholic or soft drink, as well as table wine and a selection of delicious nibbles to enjoy. Key partners Shepherd Neame will provide a charity bar, and key partners Barclays bank will double all funds raised for good causes throughout the evening.

Beneficiaries of the Canterbury Big Charity Quiz include the Kentish Gazette’s charity of the year Pilgrims Hospice in East Kent, The League of Friends at Kent and Canterbury Hospital, and children’s road safety services.
