Act fast to take a pick of the Parc

PROPERTIES are being snapped up at Phoenix Parc, Bellwinch’s latest development in Northfleet, near Gravesend, with 20 homes already reserved off plan.

Located on a brownfield site adjacent to the boundary of the new Ebbsfleet International Station, Bellwinch is constructing 185 homes as part of a consortium development.

The three/four bedroom Chedworth townhouse is also available and there is a choice of two-bedroom houses from £224,995 and two-bedroom apartments from £205,000.
