Crest get thumbs up from buyers

THE satisfaction of Crest Nicholson Residential purchasers with their new homes has been confirmed at the Daily Express British Housebuilder Awards 2002, with Crest winning the PSG Quality Service Award.

A magnanimous 94 per cent of Crest homebuyers who were asked “Would you by another home from this builder?” answered “yes”, placing Crest well above the competition.

Stephen Stone, managing director of Crest Nicholson Residential, said: “We are delighted, once again, to be recognised within the industry as forerunners in customer satisfaction. We continually strive to provide customers with high quality housing and customer service and employ a group customer service manager whose primary remit is to ensure standards are maintained and to retain feedback to influence ever-changing customer lifestyles and expectations.”

He added: “In the recently announced Housing Forum's National Customer Satisfaction Survey 2001, we achieved the maximum three-star rating in all but one category. When combined with our win at the Daily Express Awards, which also included silver in the best national builder award category, we really must thank our loyal purchasers for their continued support and our teams for their hard work.”

Crest Nicholson has a range of quality new homes at developments across the region. These include its flagship development, Ingress Park in Greenhithe, Stratheden Mews in Blackheath, Lyons Wharf in Tonbridge and Hunters Grove in Leigh. Prices range from £165,000 to £355,000.
