Just nine admiral properties left...

ONLY nine properties remain out of 58 at Admiral Quay in the Historic Dockyard, Chatham. Despite the traditional end-of-year slowdown in the national property market, Try Homes has seen sustained success at Admiral Quay with sales continuing apace right through last year.

Nick Champness, sales director at Try Homes, said: "It's a rare place for a home and is well liked by professional couples, those downsizing and investment buyers. Its continuing appeal is due to good design, good specification and unique location which win out every time."

According to Try Homes, it is a niche location where visitors and residents enjoy a 24-hour manned security and where the entrance gates are, in fact, grade one listed bearing the original coat of arms of both George I and George III.

At Admiral Quay, one two-bedroom apartment remains priced £119,950 and eight three and four-bedroom townhouses from £189,950.

The sales office is open Thursday to Monday, 10.30am to 5.30pm. Phone 01634 829355.
