Refreshing look at life in the city

A DEVELOPMENT of six properties which the agents describe as ‘refreshing’ is selling well and attracting excellent interest.

Green Cedar Place, in Tower Way, Canterbury is a development of two townhouses, two duplex apartments and two, one-bedroom apartments. Close to the Westgate Towers, four of the six properties are now reserved or sold. The two houses are still available at £225,000.

Karen Sharp of agents Strutt & Parker says the key to success has been the refreshing way the developers, Daska, have tackled the project. It has been a hands-on project with a great deal of time and energy going into design and specification.

The accommodation has a contemporary yet practical slant, with good use of glass and light. The views (which include the cathedral) have been exploited to the full.
