According to Rightmove, the average price for a home in Herne Bay is approximately 30% less than the neighbouring town Whitstable, a draw for buyers at all stages of the property ladder.

Leading housebuilder Redrow is delivering a community of 630 homes on the former Herne Bay golf course, benefitting from acres of green open space, brand new sports facilities and a pavilion for residents to enjoy.
