Bikers' Island tour

Motorcyclists toured the Island to deliver some early Christmas cheer to needy youngsters and senior citizens.

On the machines were members of Sheppey Bikers and friends from the mainland.

They were taking part in the annual event to deliver Christmas presents with the group’s chairman Renato Magri, of Barton Hill Drive, Minster, suitably clad in a Santa costume.

The run started with bacon butties, mince pies and coffee at Merlins Entertainment Complex in Leysdown, which gave the bikers £100 for future good cause runs.

They finished off the ride on Sunday, December 21, at Layzells Club, The Broadway, Minster, which is where the members meet.
