CCTV images of two men released after fracas in Margate High Street

CCTV images of two men have been released following a town centre fracas, where a knife was reportedly seen.

Police were called to Margate High Street shortly before 9.30pm on Sunday, December 17, after an altercation between a group of people, where a blade is alleged to have been spotted.

Officers stopped a van nearby and two men were arrested in connection with the incident. A third man was arrested in Margate the following day.

The three men, who are aged between 27 and 36, have since been charged with violent disorder and weapons offences.

They are due to appear before Canterbury Crown Court in January, 2024.

As part of the ongoing investigation, officers would like to identify two men pictured in CCTV images.
