David Guetta, John Newman film at Dreamland in Margate in Instagram photo

World-famous musicians visited a popular Kent theme park to film the video for their latest single.

Grammy Award-winning French DJ David Guetta was at Dreamland in Margate, alongside English singer-songwriter John Newman.

An image posted to Instagram shows Guetta - who has racked up more than 50 million record sales with hits such as When Love Takes Over, Where Them Girls At and Titanium - together with Love Me Again artist John Newman, and DJ MistaJam.

Clad in white clothing, they are standing in Dreamland's popular retro roller room, which is complete with a neon-style "roller disco" sign.

All three musicians posted the photo on social media, to mark the launch of their new single If You Really Love Me (How Will I Know).

Released on Friday, the anthem is a reworking of Whitney Houston's chart-topping 1985 classic How Will I Know.

It features vocals by Newman, a multi Brit Award-nominated artist who has close ties to Kent, having moved into a property between Canterbury and Herne Bay in 2015, while his mum also lives in the county.

While none of the collaborators mentioned Dreamland in their social media posts, eagle-eyed fans have been quick to recognise the location.

Dreamland confirmed the music video was filmed at the theme park on Thursday.

This evening it has also shared the photo on its Instagram page, writing: "We loved having the legendary @davidguetta, @johnnewmanmusic and @mistajam at our Roller Disco, filming the video for their latest single".

A Dreamland spokesman said they do not yet know when the music video will be released.
