Following a three-and-a-half hour battle, firefighters were able to extinguish the flames using hose reel jets and main jets.

Thankfully, no injuries were reported.

A fire services spokesperson said: "It’s believed the fire started in the garden and spread to the roof space of the property.

"The cause is not yet known."
