Knife attack: Two charged after Marine Terrace assault

A man and boy have been charged after an assault in Marine Terrace, Margate, in August.

Zac Armiger, 18, formerly of Grove Gardens, Margate has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent, attempted robbery and possessing an offensive weapon - a knife - in public.

Armiger, now living in Newport, Isle of Wight, is due to appear at Channel Magistrates' Court in Folkestone on November 30.

He is jointly charged with a 16-year-old boy from Margate. The youngster has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent, attempted robbery and possessing an offensive weapon - a knife - in public.

Two 16-year-old girls from Margate who were arrested on suspicion of assault have been released without charge.
