Stranger Things actor David Harbour has been spotted enjoying the sunny weather in Margate.

The 47-year-old was accompanied by his wife Lily Allen, who is filming a new show in the seaside town.

Harbour took time out from the 36C heat on Monday to try his hand at The Escapement at Margate Escape Rooms.

Staff shared a photo of the American actor after he completed the 'Pirates of Polaris', making his escape in 59 minutes and 56 seconds.

Harbour, who plays Jim Hopper in the hit Netflix series Stranger Things, tied the knot with Allen in 2020.

She is currently filming a Sky comedy drama named after Margate's biggest attraction, Dreamland.

It is the first time the Smile singer will be a lead in a big-budget show, with the series set to air sometime next year.

A number of celebrities have been spotted along the Kent coast in recent weeks.

Earlier this month, The Affair star Dominic West was spotted walking along Whitstable beach, while Breaking Bad actor popped into an off-licence in the town two weeks ago.
