THREE children and a man were taken to hospital after a three-car crash in Cannon Lane at Tonbridge.

Police were called to the incident just after 5.40pm on Wednesday after the collision which involved a blue Vauxhall Astra, a blue Vauxhall Nova and a green Ford Mondeo.

The three children and the adult were taken to Kent and Sussex Hospital at Tunbridge Wells with what police say were minor injuries.

The road was blocked as a result of the smash and one of the vehicles needed to be recovered.
