CCTV released after theft at Tonbridge Baptist Church, Darenth Avenue

Police investigating a theft in Tonbridge have released CCTV images of a man they wish to speak to.

A tool bag was reported to have been stolen from the garden of Tonbridge Baptist Church, in Darenth Avenue, last month.

The items are said to have been taken at around 11.06am on Saturday, October 3, as a volunteer carried out garden work at the church.

PCSO Linda Baker, from the Tonbridge community safety unit, said: "There’s a chance this man may have taken the bag and intended to hand it in and if he sees this appeal we would ask him to get in contact with us."

"If anyone else knows who he may be we would also appreciate any support we get in identifying him."
