Two men were taken to hospital after a crash in Tunbridge Wells.

The A264 Pembury Road was closed following the accident, near Blackhurst Lane just after 5pm.

Firefighters spent around an hour at the scene and cut the roof of one of the cars to free a man trapped inside.

They used blocks to stabilise the other vehicle, while paramedics attended to the other casualty.

Both men were taken to hospital by ambulance. It is not yet known how serious their injuries were.
