TV presenter and farmer Adam Henson is holding a special Audience With event in the county to raise funds for rural charities.

Best known for his work on BBC’s Countryfile, Adam will talk about his life in farming and broadcasting, and the audience will then have a chance to ask questions.

The event, which will include a raffle and charity auction, is being held to raise funds for the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution and the Countryside Alliance Foundation.

It is taking place at the Kent Showground in Detling, near Maidstone, on Thursday, November 21.

Doors open at 6pm for 7pm, and tickets are £17.50, only available in advance. Call 01903 884179.
