BALLIN’, Maidstone’s unique multi-functional venue, has unveiled its winter programme, providing an impressive variety of events, entertainment and offers – from a spectacularly spooky Halloween weekend and fabulously festive Christmas and New Year party plans to themed bottomless brunches, major live sporting events, brand-new Saturday Night Live and even some family fun.

Located on Bank Street, BALLIN’ is set over two floors and offers a gaming and live sports destination, food outlet, cocktail bar and nightclub all in one. It’s a truly versatile venue, which hosts lots of different concepts and events, meaning there is something for everyone to enjoy.

We caught up with the BALLIN team for a sneak peek into their plans for the rest of 2023, and we certainly weren’t disappointed. Let’s find out what there is to look forward to!

Every weekend at BALLIN’ Maidstone

Fridays

Every Friday evening, gaming is available, offering the perfect way to kick back after a busy week at work, have fun and socialise with friends. You have the choice of five different gaming options – American Pool, Table Tennis, Beer & Pornstar Pong, Shuffleboard and Interactive Darts. Resident DJs will be spinning the tunes, live sports will be shown, and delicious cocktails and food will be served.

Saturdays

Saturday kicks off with a unique themed bottomless brunch from 12pm – 3pm. There are plenty of special themes available, including Drag, Abba, Old Skool Anthems, Musicals, RnB, Ibiza Classics, Buff Vikings, Dreamboys and more. New for 2023, and to coincide with the release of the hit ‘Barbie’ movie, is the BALLIN’ Barbie Bottomless Brunch. Put on your best pink fancy dress, pose like a queen, sing your heart out and dance the day away! Real-life Barbie and Ken will also be making an appearance!

Saturday Day Club opens from 4pm, where the drinks are flowing, games are playing, and the music is pumping, with exclusive day club parties featuring special guest DJs and live entertainment.

Take it further into the evening with BALLIN’ Maidstone’s Saturday Night Live events. A brand-new programme has been announced for the second half of 2023, bringing the very best events each and every Saturday with live acts, DJs, themes, shows, major sporting events and more. Take advantage of the exclusive deal of £19.50pp, which includes entry and five drinks tokens.

Sundays

BALLIN’ Maidstone’s Halloween extravaganza

Nothing But Cheese 90s vs 00s Bottomless Brunch

On Saturday 28th October, BALLIN’ is hosting three huge events in one day, starting with the 90s vs 00s Halloween Special bottomless brunch, featuring full Halloween décor, a special guest DJ playing nothing but 90s and 00s cheese and dance music, and some spooky surprises along the way… £39.50pp gets you three hours of entertainment with 90 minutes bottomless pizza, prosecco, 2 cocktails, bottled beer and soft drinks. Halloween fancy dress is encouraged, with a prize for best dressed.

SNL presents Halloween Thriller Special live with Navi – The Michael Jackson Show

As the night draws in, from 6pm, the world’s number one Michael Jackson impersonator joins BALLIN’ for a one-off Saturday Night Live Thriller Halloween show. With the combination of his striking resemblance, energetic dance moves and vocals, prepare yourself for the ultimate in the Michael Jackson tribute world, with a show from Navi that will have you believing for a moment that the ‘Magic of Michael Jackson’ lives on. Carnevil III & Freakshow – The Biggest and Scariest Halloween Party Around

When the clock strikes 10pm on Saturday 28th October, BALLIN’ will launch its Carnevil III & Freakshow – The Biggest and Scariest Halloween Party Around. Anybody who knows the venue knows that Halloween is the biggest night of the year, and BALLIN’ goes all out to bring a nightclub event that you won't ever forget. The venue is decorated to transform into the famous Carnevil, with live entertainment and scare actors. It’s not for the faint-hearted!

Christmas party options

This Christmas, BALLIN’ will be the go-to destination for Christmas parties of all shapes and sizes. There are lots of options available and the team can cater a package to suit your specific requirements. The venue, adorned in full Christmas décor, will be open every day from Monday 21st November and throughout December. More details can be found here.

Christmas gaming package

The most popular Christmas option allows you to play two hours of gaming with two hours of bottomless pizza and five drinks tokens per guest for just £35pp. For larger groups, the gaming options are mixed up so guests can enjoy a variety of games.

Full venue hire

BALLIN’ has a few different options when it comes to full venue hire. The venue can be adapted depending on your needs. For example, you can have gaming left out, access to all gaming options included or even a dancefloor area with gaming around the balcony on the first floor. The venue has a full PA system and can provide a DJ, photos, food and drink packages and much more as optional extras. There is also a 5-metre projector, enabling the organiser to host a presentation with full mics.

Sphera Lounge private hire

You can enjoy your own private area with all of your favourite people at the Sphera Lounge. Perfect for any occasion with its own private entrance and private bar, it can accommodate up to 150 guests. The room also has the capability of presentations and conference-style announcements. Gaming and food and drink packages are available on request.

Themed bottomless brunches and Saturday Night Live

Every Saturday throughout the festive period, BALLIN’ will host its themed bottomless brunches (with some Christmas surprises included), as well as Saturday Night Live events, which are perfect for Christmas get-togethers and those looking to stick around after their day-time Christmas gaming package!

New Year’s Eve: The Great Gatsby Ball

This New Year’s Eve, BALLIN is bringing a party like no other – The Great Gatsby Ball. The venue will see in 2024 in style and looks forward to welcoming over 1,000 guests once again for a night that will be remembered forever. Lots of surprises are in store, including a special guest DJ, Great Gatsby theme and décor, full production and more.
